i have dowmloaded tomcat6.0.14 and installed. also i have created the env variable JAVA_HOME - as F:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03 and CATALINA_HOME as F:\apache-tomcat-6.0.14 . but when i run startup.bat the following message comes.

"neither the JAVA_HOME nor the JR_HOME environment variable is defined. At least one of these environment varialbe is needed to run this program ."

my command prompt is "F:\apache-tomcat-6.0.14\bin>startup.bat
