Hi Choirul,
Think u r getting the problem because of folder permissions. In windows explorer, check the properties of the folder to which you are trying to upload the file. You can do this by right clicking it and then selecting properties. In the security tab, you will see various users who have permissions on that folder. Tick the "Write" permissions check box and try it. If this doesn't work, tick the "Full Access" permissions checkbox and try again.
