The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file

No Matter what I try, I can not seem to get by this message. The error in the stack trace is as follows "[OleDbException (0x80004005): The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\adonetsbs\SampleDBs\nwind.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

HELP!!!!
