Unable to add record to database

i download all files and did same setting as mention in readme.txt . all thing working fine
But
in inserting new url information through addtodb.htm it reach to addtodb.asp and give msgs that record is successfully entered but when i saw in the database so there is no record found which i insert through addtodb.htm .

Mr. Faisal Khan can u help me in this aspect why it unable to insert new url information . i checked every thing plz help me and reply me as soon as possible .
