When I run ASP from my WIndows 2000 server

"Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance."

But Normal ASP page which is simple (no Database use open succesfully)

What I do now to run ASP Database Page

Please Help Me
