how would you get it to randomize yearly..

say its randomly picks out a stmt. but instead of putting it back in the database..how about deleting it or putting it off to the side. ... and using another stmt.. that way it doesnt get used twice in the same year

after the year is done.. it puts all data back in the database and starts over...
